I thought this book was very enjoyable and great story. At first I didn't think I would like it but once I started reading it was very funny and creative. My favourite character was Luke because he was very funny and he made me laugh and I think he had a great personality. My favourite parts of the book was when Zach was learning how to use his superpowers. I loved this book and I would recommend it to others.

I liked this book. I thought it was interesting and it had a good story line and a good plot. The book had lots of twists and turns which I really enjoyed although, it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I felt like it was aimed more at boys than girls and I don't usually read books like this, so it wasn't one of my favourites. This book wasn't for me, although, it would be if you enjoyed reading superhero and fantasy stories.

This book is base around a boy called Zack who is not expected to when he grows up to a superhero however he did turn into a superhero. The reason why this book is a bit strange is because Luke is more expected to be a superhero.

I have superpowers Zack announces to a frankly startled Luke, that had just come back from having a wee. You what exclaims Luke. Had Zorbon The Decider chosen the right brother. can Zack stop Nemesis and save the world, or will it just be worldwide destruction and terror. Zorbon and his parallel universe, where sponge cake tastes different, is depending on Zack. The unlikely hero turns out to be the perfect match for the job. I rate this book 5, because it has all of the elements to it and has excitement. Could this book be a winner. Could David Solomon be a champion or could he come second by a whisker. So far he is my second favourite author after Phil Earle. It was hilarious

My favorite character is Star Lad because he has all types of different powers, like telekinesis and the ability to breath in water. I really enjoyed this book. It was quite dramatic with a bit of comedy.The author sometimes tried make bits funny but he couldn't and ruined bits of the book. You could guess what was going to happen next. It drew me in with the funny sentence on the cover and also the yellow pages. I would recommend this book to people who are keen on superheroes and comics. As I'm not that keen on them, some bits of the book didn't make sense. Overall it was a really good book.

WOW! This book sounded very interesting with an incredible blurb and a fantastic front cover, but the book itself was described was very poorly. It was like shaping the bread of a sandwich in an amazing shape but couldn't be bother it put in the filling in or adding it but can't shape it make it fit in in wit the shape of the bread! I found this book really funny because at the start Luke always got the aliens name wrong until the end he finally got it right. His name was Zorbon The Decider. Who could possibly get it wrong? At the end it really got exiting for me because a girl called Lara Lee got superpowers because Zorbon came back but Luke needed a WEE AGAIN!!!! Come on Luke. Zack, who got superpowers, has a crush on this girl called Cara Lee, Lara's sister but she has already got a boyfriend called Matthias. He's got a beard but Luke thinks his beard is like a Vikings. I liked it a lot because it was really funny. David Solomons is a really good author. I wish he could write another book based on My Brother Is A Superhero.

David Solomons has made a brilliant book , I would give this book a 4/5 because it is really good but I haven't quite finished it . I would definitely recommend this book for children from age 8-13 . My Brother is a superhero is a hilarious book about a comic-lover [Luke] and his elder brother [Zack.] While Luke needed a wee an unusual alien had given Zack , who had never even read a comic in his whole life, six superpowers. These was given to save two universes from Nemesis. However when Zack gets captured by the comic store owner [Christopher Talbot] it's time for Luke and his friends to save the Zack.

My favorite character was Luke as even though he wasn't given the six superpowers he was still willing to help his elder brother , Zack.

I enjoyed this book a lot although it could have had a better ending. This is probably the best book out of them all. I liked how it was a book that I wouldn't naturally pick up but it was very good. I thought it was funny, action and adventure which was good because I like that sort of stuff.

I have just started reading this book and am really excited about it.I cannot wait to finish it. I found this book very eye catching and cannot wait to hear who wins.

I liked My Brother is a Superhero but I don't think it was really my kind of book. However, I loved it and think it was good. It was a brilliant book and I couldn't stop reading it. I loved all the adventure and I got really scared because I didn't know if they would succeed in their mission! I also liked the cliffhanger at the end!

I gave this book a 3 star rating for it just wasn't my cup of tea. I found it funny, however not falling out of my treehouse funny. The illustrations on the front and back cover looked very entertaining and the pictures in the corners, or in my case 'flicky pictures', were very fun to play with.

This book is brilliant! It starts off good and was good throughout the book. It is about a boy called Luke and his brother Zack who becomes a super hero with a mission to save the world. What made me get this book was; a)The front cover, B)The look of it, and the blurb.This is one of those books which don't have a slow start and I just got into it and finished it in less than half a day!I think it's very very creative. Definitely one of my favourites!

My Brother is a Superhero wasn't the best of books as it was predictable and it didn't have very advanced vocabulary.

Luke is outraged to find out that whilst he has been to the toilet, his brother, Zack, has been turned into a Superhero! Zack doesn't even like comics and won't even wear a cape! Zack is told that he has to save not one, but two Universes, from 'Nemesis'. As a huge Superhero fan, Luke decides to help Zack, but with Christopher Talbot (owner of the Crystal Comics shop) also wanting to be a Superhero, things quickly get even more annoying.

My Brother is a Superhero is an easy read, so don't be intimidated by the size of it. I would say that the plot is good and I liked Luke's character, but overall it was only an average book.

I liked this book a lot but I felt a lot of words were extremely difficult for a book for an 11 year-old.I especially liked the very end of the book because if I was Luke I would be very annoyed.my favorate character was probaly Luke because I think he was brave,and I also like their plan to save zack because I thought it was very creative and I also liked their secret weapon to keep the gards back.

This book had a great base-line. It had tremendous humour, that I thoroughly enjoyed. The ending of the story was so funny. I felt like I had to rate this story 4/5 because it could have done with a bit more description of the surroundings when they were rescuing Zack. This story is a great example for children who want to enter story competitions. I think 9-12 a good age range.

What if you missed out on special powers because you needed a wee?

Zorbon the decider has come to the tree house but his timing isn't quite up to scratch though. Luke is comic book mad; he reads them 24\7 but he isn't the one Zorbon chooses to be the superhero. It's his Brother Zack the guy who loves homework and knows noting about the world of heroes. However when Zack is captured by Nemesis it's Luke's turn to do the saving bit.

I utterly enjoyed this book it's been my favorite book so far. It is so crazy and hilarious there was not one page that didn't make me laugh. Every chapter was a delight and David Solomon should definitely keep on writing.

My favorite part is probably the ending it's such a laugh and it leaves you on a cliffhanger wanting more. If you put together a 2nd book I'd have it down in minutes.

I'd recommend this book to anybody who enjoys superheroes but mostly to people who like a good laugh.

Probably about 7-12 years of age.

I read this book in two days and it was probably one of the best book I`ve read in ages.The reason I put 4/5 is because I feel it should be a little longer.If you could make a 2nd one I`d read it the minute it came out! It drowned me with laughter it was an outstanding ending and a very well made twist(I won`t mention it just because of spoilers).Luke is so envious that his brother who doesn`t even like comics got superpowers!The villian was very secretive but also very obvious.Overall I would give this a 4.5 if there was a option.Amazing book, make a sequel and keep on writing!

Just NO! This book was slow paced and wasn't as funny as I expected. It was like a hook with a fish on it and it was just going no where; dangling! This was so Slow paced and Boring I got to page 53 and I had to stop reading.

I surprisingly loved this book. In fact I loved it so much that I read the last page when I was only on page 100. My favourite character was Luke because the book is from his point of view;so you get to know his personality better that way. The ending gives you a surprise!
